This starter kit is Made in Japan and exactly what you need to start making Sushi or Sashimi at home. Comes with almost everything you need except for the actual food ingredients. It includes both preparation tools and serving plates in the beautiful Kosui Green finish. Hand washing is recommended for all pieces. 

The Sushi starter kit includes: 

• 9" Sushi and Sashimi knife for slicing also called a Yanagi. Made of stainless steel knife overall size is 13" 
• Rice molds for up to 5 rice balls to use for Nigiri Sushi. 
• Bamboo Sushi rolling mat for rolling Maki (Sushi Rolls) measures 9.5" by 8.25" 
• 8" Rice paddle 
• Two pair of 9" Bamboo chopsticks 
• Two 2.75" square sauce dishes 
• Sushi serving plate measuring 8.5" by 5.5" 

The Dinnerware pieces included in this set are our beautiful Kosui Green series finish. The finish is a Green crackle glaze painted over a yellow splatter, the base coat on the pieces is a matte dark charcoal black. 

Hand washing is recommended on all pieces in this set.
